Purchase of fire trucks for the Volunteer Fire Department in the Ładzice Commune 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of two light rescue and fire-fighting vehicles with equipment as part of the task: "Purchase of fire trucks for the Volunteer Fire Department from the Ładzice commune". 2. Everyone the purchased light rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with equipment is on a 4 x 4 chassis with a fire-fighting body, GVM 5, 500 kg. 3. Cars purchased under this order are to be brand new, i.e. unused, undamaged, unrefurbished, unencumbered by the rights of persons or third parties and come from the manufacturer's legal sales channel. Vehicle chassis must have an approval certificate in accordance with separate national regulations relating to road traffic law. Devices i components installed in vehicles should meet the requirements of separate national and/or international regulations. The manufacturer and cars must have: a) Certificate of Admission issued by CNBOP-PIB valid as of handover of the vehicle; b) Extract from chassis type approval certificates; c) Current permit of the manufacturer and importer of the chassis for the construction of bodies. 4. The order includes the sale and free service, in accordance with the manufacturer's terms and conditions, of cars - chassis and bodies - in the offered condition. by the Contractor during the warranty and warranty period and training of at least 4 designated persons by the Ordering Party at the place and on the day of collection of the cars. 5. ...
