Purchase of fire trucks for the Volunteer Fire Department from the Ładzice Commune (2) 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of two light rescue and fire-fighting vehicles with equipment as part of the task: "Purchase of fire trucks for the Volunteer Fire Department from the Ładzice commune" (2). 2. Each purchased light rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with equipment is on a 4 x 4 chassis with a fire-fighting body, GVM 5, 500 kg. 3. Cars purchased under this order are to be brand new, i.e. unused, undamaged, not regenerated, not encumbered with the rights of persons or third parties and come from the manufacturer's legal sales channel. Vehicle chassis must have an approval certificate in accordance with separate national regulations relating to traffic law road. Devices and components installed in vehicles should meet the requirements of separate national and/or international regulations. The manufacturer and cars must have: a) Certificate of Admission issued by CNBOP-PIB valid as of handover vehicle; (b) Extract from the chassis type approval certificate; c) Current permit of the manufacturer and importer of the chassis for the construction of bodies. 4. The order includes sale and free service, in accordance with the manufacturer's terms and conditions, of cars - chassis and bodywork - during the warranty and warranty period offered by the Contractor and training of at least 4 persons indicated by the Ordering Party at the place and on the day of receipt of the car...
