The Sangguniang Kabataan of BRGY. ZARAGOSA, MATALOM, LEYTE, through the SK FUND intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 190, 000.00) Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract SK-ZARAGOZA-07-2025-1 PURCHASE OF FIBER GLASS, RING BOARD, AND LED LIGHTS.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
