Purchase of fertilizer - DBR Creation of a dynamic procurement system, the subject of which is the procurement of fertilizers compatible with the technology of autumn and spring-sown crops arising during crop cultivation in the field. Planned quantity for spring-sown crops: NS 20:24: 1, 575 tons DASA: 1, 275 tons UTEC: 350 tons Planned quantity for autumn crops: NP 9-23: 1, 260 tons Mixed 10-26-26: 150 tons Creation of a dynamic purchasing system, the subject of which is the autumn and procurement of fertilizers suitable for the technology of spring-sown plants. In the Public Procurement Documents, the Tenderer describes the product categories and their characteristics for the implementation of which it wishes to create a DBR. This procedure is participatory after the successful completion of the section, when a specific procurement request arises, the Tenderer will send the invitation to tender via the EKR to those applicants qualified to participate. During the implementation of the DBR, the tenderer is the Kbt. On the basis of § 107, paragraph (2), the precise technical description, quantities and contractual conditions for the specific public procurements to be carried out in the system for those applying to participate in the DBR, by sending the invitation to tender makes it available at the same time, and at the same time publishes the technical description of the currently known products during the participation phase of the DBR.
