Description : 1) The Municipal Government of San Quintin Abra, through RA7171 - 2024 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php8, 320, 000) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract: “Purchase of Female Cattle (Ready to Breed) for Livelihood Assistance Program”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of San Quintin Abra now invites bids for the Purchase of Female Cattle (Ready to Breed) for Livelihood Assistance Program using the Competitive Public Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required for 120 days. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
