PURCHASE OF FARM MACHINERIES
1. The Municipal Government of Boliney through the Budget approved by the Sangguniang Bayan under the 20% Development Fund, CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION PESOS ONLY (Php 5, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF FARM MACHINERIES with Contract No.: MBLNY26-EDF-GDS6.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government Unit of Boliney now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
