Description : 1. The LGU Dolores, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Pesos (P1, 348, 000.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2026-03GS-006 Purchase of Farm Equipment for Isit Farmers (DOLE ILEEP). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU Dolores, now invited bids for the above procurement project. Completion of the Works is required in Forteen(14) calendar days. Bidders should've completed a contract similar to the Project. The Description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bid Documents, particularly in section II.
3. Bidding will be conducted though the open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in RA 9184.
