The subject of procurement is facial care sets for beauty care education for the period 1 September 2026-31 August 2028. The purchase also includes a maximum two (2) year option, the use of which is decided by the customer. The customer informs the supplier about the use of the option no later than three (3) months before the end of the contract. About 380 students study beauty care. Beauty care education is organized at the Meritalo location (Haapaniementie 7-9 A, 00530 Helsinki) and at the Nilsiänkatu location, (Nilsiänkatu 6 A, 00510 Helsinki). Training is organized throughout the year. The object of acquisition is described in more detail in the criteria for the object of acquisition. Two (2) suppliers are selected for the framework arrangement. If there are no suppliers meeting the requirements in accordance with the numbers mentioned above, so fewer suppliers can be chosen or procurement can be suspended. Within the framework arrangement, the following operating model is followed: - Purchases of less than 20, 000 euros can be procured from the person selected for the framework arrangement that is most suitable for the need from the supplier- Purchases of more than 20, 000 euros are procured in accordance with the order of priority. The order of priority can be deviated from if:- the primary supplier does not have products that meet the procurement need in question in its selection, taking into account the pedagogical aspects of the studies necessary - the primary supplier is not able to deliver the products in the schedule required by the customer.
