Tender Details

It is a market survey, not a preliminary notice, not a procurement notice and not a request for tender. Education and training of the city of Helsinki is planning the purchase of physical education and sports equipment for elementary schools and high schools for the period 1 October 2026 - 30 September 2029. For acquisition includes a one (1) year option, the use of which is decided by the subscriber. The products offered must be generally used in schools and their quality and characteristics should be suitable for primary school and high school use (e.g. sports high school or the school's emphasis on sports). In addition, the furniture and equipment must be safe, maintainable, refurbishable and spare parts must be available for at least three (3) years. The most essential environmental aspect in procurement is the durability and serviceability of the equipment and, with it, the service life elongation. We are particularly interested in hearing other aspects of responsibility and how they could be reflected in the tender and its attachments. The offer can be submitted for one, several or all target groups, but in such a way that the target groups presented in the tender must be offered as a whole, so that a significant part of the deliveries of the ordered equipment takes place in the summer season, as a large part of the projects are completed in June-July and the site's operations start in August.
