Invitation to Bid for the
Purchase of Essential Medicines and Supplies
1. The Local Government Unit of Alburquerque, through the General Fund and Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Forty Four Thousand Two Hundred Six Pesos and Eighty Five Centavos (P 1, 044, 206.85) being the ABC to payments under the contract for 26-04-17-10-B. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Alburquerque now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Ninety Calendar Days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
