The subject of the order is the purchase of equipment as part of the implementation of the project titled "Improvement of quality and long-term availability by modernizing the plant's infrastructure Care and Treatment Zagłębie Oncology Center in Dąbrowa Górnicza. The subject of the order has been divided into 3 parts/Packages, each of which constitutes a separate subject of the order: package no. 1 - Purchase of a germicidal lamp package no. 2 - Purchase Inhalers, Pulse Oximeter, ECG machine package no. 3 - Rehabilitation equipment 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. 3. The subject and conditions of the implementation of this order should be in accordance with the Act of April 7 2022 on medical devices and Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on medical devices or Regulation (EU) 2017/746 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on medical devices for in vitro diagnostics (if applicable) and other applicable legal regulations in this regard.
