The subject of the order is the purchase of equipment under implementation of the project entitled "Improvement of quality and long-term availability by modernizing the infrastructure of the Care and Treatment Facility of the Zagłębie Oncology Center in Dąbrowa Górnicza. The subject of the order was divided into 5 części/Pakietów, z których każdy stanowi oddzielny przedmiot zamówienia: package no. 1 - Purchase of equipment package no. 2 - Purchase of a germicidal lamp package no. 3 - Purchase of mammals pakiet nr 4 - Zakup Inhalatorów, Pulsoksymetra, aparatu EKG package no. 5 - Equipment for rehabilitation 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. 3. The subject and conditions of the implementation of this order should be in accordance with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices and the regulation of the Parliament European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2017/745 of 5 April 2017 on medical devices or Regulation (EU) 2017/746 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on in vitro diagnostic medical devices (where applicable) and other applicable legal provisions in this regard. The offered devices must have a CE declaration. 4.
