Brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the procurement is to acquire new food industry and commercial kitchen equipment for the new food industry of Saaremaa Köök OÜ for professional use, which will allow to modernize production processes, increase reliability and production capacity and to ensure that the equipment meets the applicable food safety, hygiene and occupational safety requirements. The subject of the procurement is the delivery of equipment, transport, installation, connection, configuration, commissioning, user guidance and other things described in the procurement documents scope of supply. The procurement is divided into parts based on the function, intended use and technical nature of the equipment. The parts to be procured are: hot kitchen equipment, stainless steel fittings, cold kitchen equipment, bakery and pastry equipment, and dishwashing equipment. The provider may submit an offer for one, several or all parts of the procurement in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the procurement documents.
