PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT IN ESTABLISHING OF DATA BASE RESPONSE OPERATIONS OF MDRRMC
1) The Municipality of Pontevedra, Negros Occidental, through the DRRM GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Pesos (₱ 495, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Equipment in Establishing of Data Base Response Operations of MDRRMC. Bids received in excess of the BAC shall be automatically rejected bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Pontevedra now invites bids for the Purchase of Equipment in Establishing of Data Base Response Operations of MDRRMC. using the non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required 15 to 30 working days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
