Tender Details

Part I: Delivery of materials for conducting gardening activities. The subject of the order is the delivery, bringing and putting into use of brand new equipment intended for the operation of the Day Care Home in Osię, Oś 54, 23-145 Wysokie. Detailed description of the equipment and quantitative list. constitutes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. All products offered as part of individual parts of the order must be brand new, of full value, free from defects and admitted for trading and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland, if the law imposes such an obligation. The offered products must meets the requirements resulting from applicable legal provisions, norms, technical standards and safety requirements applicable to a given type of product, in particular in terms of operational safety, health protection and the environment.
