The subject of the order is the purchase of equipment and supplies as part of the implementation of the task entitled "High quality of medical services at the Care and Treatment Center at SP ZOZ in Sokółka thanks to the modernization of infrastructure and retrofitting with modern equipment" A detailed description of the subject of the order and quantity is included in Annex no 2.1-2.7 to SWZ. Detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order are specified in the draft contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ. Part 1 - delivery of diagnostic and therapeutic equipment The subject of the order is the delivery of: - ECG machine with equipment and analyzer, - ECG machine with analyzer, - defibrillator, - professional oxygen concentrator with nebulization, - electric suction pump with accessories - a supply of filters, - feeding pumps, - infusion pumps, - pulse oximeter with software, - porthole vein/vein detector. A detailed description of the subject of the order and quantity is included in Annex No. 2.1 to the SWZ. Detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order are specified in the draft contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.
