Purpose of the equipment The equipment is intended for professional use at catering establishments (restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, confectionery). Main purpose: fast and high-quality grinding of hard types of cheese (in particular, parmesan), breadcrumbs, as well as dry fruits, nuts and chocolate. Quantity — 4 (four) units. 2.
