Enfortumab vedotin The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of enfortumab vedotin to the Chemotherapy Department. The description of the subject of the order is included in Annex 2 to the SWZ. Required deadline for partial deliveries: 3 business days from submission orders. Minimum shelf life of the product: 12 months from the date of delivery. The ordering party will be obliged to use at least 75% of the gross value of the awarded order. Utilization will depend on the number of patients presenting the Ordering Party and from agreements (contracts) with the National Health Fund. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers.
