Purchase of emission allowances for the year 2025 The subject of this public contract is the provision of a service consisting in ensuring the purchase and transfer of EUA (European Union Allowances) European emission allowances within the framework of the EU ETS (European Union Emissions) system Trading System) to the account of the contracting authority FNMH, maintained at OTE a.s. (hereinafter referred to as "purchase" or "service"). The total required amount of emission allowances is 11, 000 pieces (in words: eleven thousand pieces), according to the audited results for the year 2025 for the needs of FNMH, on on the basis of the concluded contract on the sale of allowances for greenhouse gas emissions, according to these binding terms of reference.
