The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves, through the Budget for the Contract approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of three million two hundred thousand pesos (Php 3, 200, 000.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Purchase of Emergency Vehicle with Emergency Equipment / Accessories. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves now invites bids for an Emergency Vehicle to be used for emergency purposes of the Municipality of Las Nieves, Agusan del Norte . Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days. Bidders should have completed, within 30 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
