Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
PURCHASE OF EMERGENCY VEHICLE
1. The Local Government Unit of URCHASE OF EMERGENCY VEHICLE through the General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP 1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF EMERGENCY VEHICLE.
with Advertisement Number ITB NO. LUK02-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government of PURCHASE OF EMERGENCY VEHICLE now invites bids for the above-mentioned Procurement/Project, Completion of the Works is required within fifteen days (30) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”
