Purchase of the RIS/PACK system No. consistent with SWZ: 3. Description of the subject of the order. 3.1. The subject of the order is: Purchase of elements of the RIS/PACK Radpoint Platform research imaging system owned by the Ordering Party. 3.3. The description of the subject of the order is included in Annexes No. 2, 3 and 6 to the SWZ. 3.4. The Ordering Party requires, and the Contractor undertakes, to employ employees directly performing activities related to the work: author's supervision, service and system integration, based on an employment contract within the meaning of provisions of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code, taking into account the minimum remuneration for work established pursuant to Article 2, section 3-5 of the Act of October 10, 2002 on minimum remuneration for work, throughout the entire period of implementation of the Agreement. The same obligation applies to Subcontractors and further Subcontractors of the Contractor. 2.1. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. JUSTIFICATION FOR THE LACK OF DIVISION INTO PARTS: The order includes maintenance services and author's supervision of the RIS/PACS system Radpoint Platform owned by the Ordering Party, as well as integration of this system with the Intelligent Services Platform (PUI) and with the Electronic Medical Documentation (EDM) system and the AMMS system operating at the Ordering Party. Subject scope the order concerns one, coherent system environment and its development and maintenance. Dividing the order into lots would be inappropriate for technical and organizational reasons.
