Tenders are invited for Purchase of Electronic Statistical Database and Analytical Reporting System Operated by the Central Bank, on-Site Support for One Year of Software Platforms of Financial Literacy Portal, as Well as Purchase of Bmcremedy Software License Support.
Tender procedure will be held on October 5, 2018 at 15.00 in the administrative building of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Baku, R.Behbudov Street, 90).
2. To participate in the tender, the bidder shall submit the following documents:
- Written application (application) for participation in the tender;
- Notarized copies of legal documents (charter, state registration certificate or extract from register) reflecting the legal status of the bidder;
- a document confirming the authority of the person authorized to sign the tender offer and the procurement contract;
- Bank certificate on payment of participation fee;
- bank certificate on financial status of the bidder over the last 1 (one) year;
- Certificate from the relevant state authorities on the absence of overdue obligations on tax and other compulsory payments in the Republic of Azerbaijan (information received by foreign applicants);
- A copy of the documents confirming availability of at least 2 (two) certified specialists for service delivery;
- Information on the experience of the relevant field service provider (services performed, customer names, addresses and contact numbers) of the 3rd lot within at least 3 (three) years;
- other information required by the bidders' qualifications in the Bidding Documents Set;
- Tender proposal in two copies (tender proposal must be valid by November 19, 2018);
- bank guarantee in the amount of 1 (one)% of the tender proposal price (in the form attached to the Main Terms of Reference).
3. Bidders shall have the sealed, signed, duly written in the double envelope and other required documents until 18:00, 25th September, 2018, 18.00 on 04 October 2018, signed in written form in the closed envelope at the Central Bank's administrative building, located at R.Behbudov Street, 90, Baku, the coordinator. Envelopes and documents submitted later than the deadline will be returned without opening and the bidder will not be allowed to participate in the tender.
4.
