Purchase of electricity for ZGO AQUARIUM Sp. z o. o. 1) The subject of the order is the supply of active electricity to two facilities of the Ordering Party in the period from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027 in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997 Law energy (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43, as amended), implementing acts issued on its basis. 2) The estimated demand for electricity for the Ordering Party's facilities in the period from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027 is approximately 3, 300, 000 kWh, and the amount electricity purchased during the term of the contract will not be less than 1, 500, 000 kWh - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3)The order includes two locations: a) AQUARIUM Centrum Fit Rawa based in Rawa Mazowiecka street Katowicka 20. Ordering party at the facility conducts sports and recreational activities (city swimming pool). The Ordering Party has concluded a contract for the sale of electricity valid until December 31, 2027 and a contract for the provision of distribution services with PGE Dystrybucja SA for an indefinite period. System PPE measurement and billing in the C23 tariff is adapted to the TPA principle. The estimated demand for electricity for the AQUARIUM Centrum Fit Rawa facility in the period from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027 is approximately 1, 500, 000 kWh. b) ZGO Pukinin plant z based in Pukinin 140, Rawa Mazowiecka commune.
