1. The subject of this order is the purchase of electricity for the Werbkowice Commune. 2. A list of energy consumption points along with important information on the conditions under which electricity sales services are currently provided and the detailed demand for electricity constitutes Annex No. 2 to the SWZ Detailed description of the subject of the order 3. Energy supply will be based on contracts concluded with Final Customers, in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the SWZ Detailed description of the subject of the order 4. For most PPE points included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ Detailed description of the subject orders The Ordering Party has signed a contract for the supply of electricity with NOVUM Spka Akcyjna and for some PPE points it has signed a comprehensive contract for the supply of energy with PGE Obrt S. A.. 5. The Ordering Party has a separate contract for the distribution of electricity. Distribution System Operator is: PGE Dystrybucja S. A. . 6.
