Brief description of the procurement: The subject of the public procurement is the purchase of electricity for the buildings of the University of Tartu according to the actual consumption (total supply) in the procurement documents and under the conditions specified in the framework agreement in addition to it during the period from 01.03.2026 to 28.02.2027 at the stock market price, plus the seller's service fee (margin). The electricity sold must be 100% produced every month from renewable energy sources within the meaning of § 57 of the Electricity Market Act1. The annual electricity consumption of the buildings of the University of Tartu is approx. 18, 500 MWh. The annual consumption volume is assumed and is used as a basis for its determination Consumption quantities of the facilities of the University of Tartu (Appendix 1) in the period 01.07.2024 30.06.2025.
The amount of resale in 2025 as of September 30 was 12.98 MWh. The electricity repurchase margin is agreed in the framework agreement (Appendix 5).
