Purchase of electricity for the period from 1/1/2027 to 31/12/2028 The subject of the public contract is the physical supply of electricity at individual voltage levels from the electricity system to the Customer's take-off points and to the electricity system at the transfer points for the price determined by the Contracting Authority in accordance with Article 4.3.1 of the framework agreement, the amount of which is not subject to evaluation, ensuring access to the transmission and distribution system and ensuring transmission, distribution or other system services, including the transfer of responsibility for deviations to supplier according to the Energy Act and other implementing decrees to this Act as amended. On the basis of a gradual purchase, the contracting authority is entitled to place orders for the purchase of at least 50% of the expected quantity of the commodity by 15 December of the previous year electricity supply year ago. In the event that a purchase order is not made for 100% of the amount of electricity for the given delivery period, Appendix No. 8 of the tender documentation sets out the Supplier's procedure to purchase the remaining unpurchased amount on the daily electricity market operated by OTE and available on ote-cr.cz and traded on the OTE market in the relevant year and period for which the Principal did not place an order. The estimated total amount of electricity supply represents a value of 8, 400.462 MWh, of which (a)annually 3, 396.635 MWh per combined electricity supply services at LV voltage level (6, 793.27 MWh in total) and (b) 803.596 MWh per year for combined electricity supply services at HV voltage level (1, 607.192 MWh in total).
