indicated in Annex No. 1a and 1b to SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997. Energy Law, Civil Code and executive provisions issued on their basis. Separate contracts will be concluded arising from this public procurement procedure under an unlimited tender for the purchase of electricity for the needs of the Masłowice commune shopping group. Detailed information on the conclusion of contracts by individual organizational units was included in Annex No. 1a and 1b to SWZ. It will be the obligation of the selected contractor to represent the contracting authority and his organizational units before the relevant distribution system operator in matters related to the notification of the seller's change.
