The subject of this order is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997. Energy Law, Civil Code and implementing regulations issued thereon basis. PURCHASE OF ELECTRICITY FOR THE NEEDS OF THE RAKÓW COMMUNE The subject of this order is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997. Energy Law, Code Civil Code and the implementing regulations issued on their basis. Agreements resulting from this public procurement procedure will be concluded in the form of an open tender for the PURCHASE OF ELECTRICITY FOR THE NEEDS OF THE RAKÓW MUNICIPALITY. Detailed information regarding the conclusion of contracts by individual organizational units is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The selected Contractor's duty will be to represent the Ordering Party and its organizational units before the relevant Operator Distribution System in matters related to reporting a change of supplier. To perform the above-mentioned the above-mentioned activities, the Contractor will receive an appropriate power of attorney (Appendix No. 4.1 to the SWZ) The Ordering Party acts on its own behalf and on the basis of the signed contract Agreement (Agreement available for inspection at the Ordering Party's registered office), on behalf of: •School and Kindergarten Complex in Raków The estimated electricity demand in the period from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029 is 2, 549, 826 kWh. ...
