The subject of this order is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997. Energy Law, Civil Code and implementing regulations issued thereon basis. Order - purchase of electricity for the facilities listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ: The estimated electricity demand in the period from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2028 is 11, 600, 014 kWh. PURCHASE OF ELECTRICITY FOR YOUR NEEDS PURCHASING GROUP OF THE ZAMOŚCI MUNICIPALITY The subject of this order is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997. Energy Law, Civil Code and implementing regulations issued on their basis. Separate agreements will be concluded resulting from this public procurement procedure in an open tender procedure for the PURCHASE OF ELECTRICITY FOR THE NEEDS OF THE ZAMOŚCI MUNICIPAL PURCHASING GROUP. Detailed information regarding the conclusion of contracts by individual organizational units is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The selected Contractor's duty will be to represent the Ordering Party and its organizational units before the relevant System Operator Distribution in matters related to reporting a change of supplier.
