Tender Details

1. The subject of this order is the PURCHASE OF ELECTRICITY FOR THE NEEDS OF THE PURCHASING GROUP OF THE KRAŚNIK MUNICIPALITY for the facilities indicated in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997. Energy Law, Civil Code and implementing regulations issued on their basis. Separate agreements will be concluded resulting from this public procurement procedure in an open tender for the PURCHASE OF ELECTRICITY FOR THE NEEDS OF THE MUNICIPAL PURCHASE GROUP KRAŚNIK. Detailed information regarding the conclusion of contracts by individual organizational units is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The selected Contractor's duty will be to represent the Ordering Party and its organizational units before the competent authority Distribution System Operator in matters related to reporting a change of supplier. To perform the above-mentioned the above-mentioned activities, the Contractor will receive an appropriate power of attorney (Appendix No. 4.1 to the SWZ) 2.
