Tender Details

Purchase of electricity for the needs of PFRON, location in Warsaw 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of electricity for the needs of the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (PFRON), location Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as the "Subject of the Agreement" or "Subject of the Order". 2. The projected volume of electricity (in MWh) and the number of energy consumption points (PPE) are specified in the detailed list constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. This list contains a list of PPEs and the ones assigned to them projected electricity consumption during the contract implementation period. The energy consumption points covered by the order are located in the area of ​​operation of Stoen Operator Sp. z o. o. The given volume of electricity is an estimate and is intended for information purposes only only for comparison of offers. It does not constitute an obligation for the Ordering Party to purchase energy in the indicated quantity. The Contractor is not entitled to any claims due to the Ordering Party's failure to purchase the forecast amount of energy. The Ordering Party reserves the right to: reserves the right to reduce or increase the total volume of electricity in relation to the amount specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ, depending on the actual demand for electricity.
