1. The subject of the order is the purchase of electricity within the meaning and pursuant to the provisions of the Energy Law of April 10, 1997, as amended, to the PFSA property located at ul. Niedźwiedzia 6E in Warsaw. 2.Detailed the scope of the subject of the order, the procedure and requirements for its implementation were specified in the Draft Agreement (constituted as Annex No. 2 to the SWZ) and the Description of the Subject of the Order (constituted as Annex No. 1 to the Draft Agreement), respectively, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ".
