Brief description of the procurement: Purchase of electricity for the municipality of Märjamaa according to the attached procurement documents. The procurer concludes a framework contract with all bidders whose bids are recognized as appropriate and successful and who are qualified and who are not eliminated of the procurement procedure. The framework agreement is concluded for 48 months, starting on 01.01.2027. The contracting authority wants offers for electricity service at the stock market price, and the expected start of the procurement contract is 01.01.2027 The procurer reserves the right to conduct mini-tenders also at a fixed price to purchase electricity.
