PURCHASE OF ELECTRICITY INCLUDING ELECTRICITY COLLECTION POINTS WITH RES INSTALLATIONS FOR THE PURCHASING GROUP OF THE ZWONIA MUNICIPALITY 1. The subject of this order is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law, Civil Code and implementing regulations issued on their basis. Separate agreements will be concluded resulting from this public procurement procedure under the tender procedure unlimited for "PURCHASE OF ELECTRICITY INCLUDING ELECTRICITY COLLECTION POINTS WITH RES INSTALLATIONS FOR THE PURCHASE GROUP OF THE ZAWONIA MUNICIPALITY" Detailed information regarding the conclusion of contracts by individual organizational units were included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The selected Contractor's duty will be to represent the Ordering Party and its organizational units before the relevant Distribution System Operator in matters related to reporting a change of supplier. To perform the above-mentioned the above-mentioned activities, the Contractor will receive an appropriate power of attorney (Appendix No. 4.1 to the SWZ) 2.
