PURCHASE OF ELECTRICITY, INCLUDING ELECTRICITY COLLECTION POINTS WITH RES INSTALLATIONS FOR ORGANIZATIONAL UNITS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KIELCE, MUNICIPAL CULTURAL INSTITUTIONS AND COMMERCIAL COMPANIES 1.Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest Zakup energii elektrycznej dla obiektów wskazanych w zał. nr 1 do SWZ, zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997r. Energy Law, Civil Code and implementing regulations issued on their basis. Zawarta zostanie jedna umowa wynikająca z niniejszego public procurement procedure in an open tender for "PURCHASE OF ELECTRICITY INCLUDING ELECTRICITY COLLECTION POINTS WITH RES INSTALLATIONS FOR ORGANIZATIONAL UNITS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KIELCE, MUNICIPAL CULTURAL INSTITUTIONS AND COMMERCIAL LAW COMPANIES". The Kielce Commune will sign one contract on its own behalf, on behalf of municipal organizational units and municipal cultural institutions and commercial law companies, which are indicated in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. Invoices for the sale of energy are to be issued separately for each Customer at energy consumption points assigned to a given Customer. Detailed information regarding the conclusion of contracts by individual organizational units is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The duty of the chosen one The Contractor will represent the Ordering Party and its organizational units before the relevant Distribution System Operator in matters related to reporting a change of supplier.
