BACKGROUND

Kokkolan Energia Oy ("subscriber") is implementing an electric boiler project ("project"). The aim of the project is to develop emission-free heat production and to optimize energy production according to the electrical and fuel markets. According to the subscriber, the project includes the following separate acquisitions, of which Some are currently in the tendering phase, and some are competitive:

• power boilers,

• District heating battery,

• electrical connections,

• main transformers,

• boiler plant for electric boilers

• Procurement of infrastructure (eg piping and exchangers) necessary for the overall implementation of the project.

Separate procurement tendered as a whole in the delivery limits, scope and schedule determined by the subscriber.

The acquisition is subject to two (2) subscriber power plant (Power power plant and power plant) placed Building a power boiler and a district heating battery 20 kv electricity distributions including:

- devices,

- KJ switchboards,

- Process transformers,

- DC-Apusage Centers,

- Device installation,

- Cabling,

- Grounding,

- programming,

- Secondary cables and connections of the switchgear,

- tests and measurements,

- Deployment and documentation, and

- Other matters mentioned in the request for participation and its annexes.
