1) The LGU Santa Fe, through the 5% LDRRM FUND (PREPAREDNESS), ANNUAL BUDGET CY 2026 T2 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-Six Pesos Only (386, 526.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, AND FIRE SAFETY MATERIALS FOR OPERATIONALIZATION & MAINTENANCE OF SANTA FE EVACUATION CENTER (REBID) (BDG-2026-10R). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Sta. Fe now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 45 (Forty-Five) Days. Bidders should have completed, within 15 (Fifteen) Day from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
