Purchase of electric buses 1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa fabrycznie nowego autobusu elektrycznego oraz przenośnej ładowarki typu plug-in, zwanych dalej „przedmiotem zamówienia”. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, w tym minimalne wymagania technical, functional and qualitative specifications were specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order for the bus (hereinafter: "OPZ of the bus") and the Description of the Subject of the Order for the charger (hereinafter: "OPZ of the charger"), constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 2. Detailed description and the terms and conditions of the order execution were specified in the draft contract, constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 3. The contractor is obliged to provide a warranty for the delivered subject matter of the order as follows: 1)Electric bus - minimum 36 months full-vehicle warranty (without mileage limit) for assemblies, systems, bus components, bus equipment and software, except for the traction battery, 2) Body perforation - minimum 12 years, 3) Traction batteries and storage device installed in the bus for failure-free operation and compliance with the declared mileage (min. 250 km) - at least 120 months, 4)Portable plug-in charger - minimum 24 months - counting from the date of signing the acceptance protocol with the clause "I'm answering." The warranty period referred to in point 1 of this section is one of the offer evaluation criteria under which the Contractor may obtain additional points, in accordance with the rules set out in Chapter XIX of the ToR.
