Tender Details

Purchase of electric buses 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new electric bus and a portable plug-in charger, hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the order". Detailed description of the subject of the order, including minimum requirements technical, functional and qualitative specifications were specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order for the bus (hereinafter: "OPZ of the bus") and the Description of the Subject of the Order for the charger (hereinafter: "OPZ of the charger"), constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 2. Detailed description and the terms and conditions of the order execution were specified in the draft contract, constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 3. The contractor is obliged to provide a warranty for the delivered subject matter of the order as follows: 1)Electric bus - minimum 36 months full-vehicle warranty (without mileage limit) for assemblies, systems, bus components, bus equipment and software, except for the traction battery, 2) Body perforation - minimum 12 years, 3) Traction batteries and storage device installed in the bus for failure-free operation and compliance with the declared mileage (min. 250 km) - at least 120 months, 4)Portable plug-in charger - minimum 24 months - counting from the date of signing the acceptance protocol with the clause "I'm answering." The warranty period referred to in point 1 of this section is one of the offer evaluation criteria under which the Contractor may obtain additional points, in accordance with the rules set out in Chapter XIX of the ToR.
