1. The subject of the order is the "Purchase of an e-mail protection system for the needs of "Pro-Medica" in Ełk Sp. z o. o. implemented as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan: Component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the protection system "Investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care." A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is included in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - Description of the subject orders. 2. The Ordering Party requires delivery and activation of an email protection system license for the Fortimail email protection system owned by the Ordering Party with the serial number FEVM01TM23001335. The Contractor is obliged to deliver and activate the above-mentioned. license for a period of 36 months. The 36-month license validity period is counted from the date of its activation. Delivery and activation of the above-mentioned license will constitute the basis for signing the acceptance report of the subject of this order, provided that The contractor is obliged to deliver and activate the postal security system license within 7 days from the date of conclusion of the contract resulting from the resolution of the public procurement procedure in question.
