PURCHASE OF DUMP TRUCK
1. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF DILAN, POZORRUBIO, PANGASINAN through the 20% D.F. intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Twenty Six Thousand Nine Pesos & 75/100 (Php 1, 526, 009.75) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Construction of Purchase of Dump Truck and P.R. No. 2026-05-031. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF DILAN, POZORRUBIO, PANGASINAN now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 10 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction of Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
