The Municipality of Pamplona, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (400, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Dry Biochemical Portable Machine for RHU Pamplona, Pamplona Negros Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The Municipality of Pamplona, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum Four Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (400, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
