Invitation to Bid for the PURCHASE OF DRUGS, MEDICINES AND SUPPLIES
1. The LGU-Catarman Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), through the 5% MDRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy One Pesos (P499, 771.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF DRUGS, MEDICINES AND SUPPLIES with Project Identification Number CATCAM- 2026-12. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU-Catarman Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed ABC of this project from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
