Section I. Invitation to Bid
BIDDING DOCUMENTS FOR PURCHASE OF DRUGS MEDICINE (GENERAL FUND 2026)
1. The Municipality of Manjuyod, through the General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Pesos Only (₱749, 590.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Drugs & Medicine (General Fund 2026) with PR No.: 1002604-0302-016 dated April 28, 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Manjuyod now invites bids for Purchase of Drugs & Medicine (General Fund 2026). Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with the Delivery Schedule under Section VI. Schedule of Requirement. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
