PURCHASE OF DRUGS AND MEDECINE
1 The BARANGAY CULIS through the MOOE intends to apply the sum of ( Php 249, 968.75) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PURCHASE DRUGS AND MEDECINE OF BARANGAY CULIS/26 CULIS 001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be auhtomatically rejected at bid opening.
2 The BARANGAY CULIS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.Deliver of the Goods is required by 15 Calendars days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section ll (Instructions to Bidders ).
3 Biddding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary "past/fail critertion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations ( RR) No.9184.
4 Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnership, organization with at least sixty percent (60%)interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens organizati...
