1.The Municipal Government of Jiabong, Samar, intends to apply THRU THE LDRRM TRUST FUND the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY
(Php 250, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract LDRRM TRUST FUND . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.
The Municipal Government of Jiabong, Samar now invites bids for the PURCHASE OF DRONE . Delivery of the goods is required to be within 20 days after receipt of the notice to proceed. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section II. Instructions to bidders.
2.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”
