Tender Details

The subject of the order is: purchase of dressings for the needs of the Ordering Party. Description of the subject of the order - dressings constituting the subject of the order, in terms of detailed description and quantity, are specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - assortment and price form (tasks No. 1 - tasks No. 10). DetailA full description of the individual items of the order for each part of the order can be found in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The method of implementation (successive deliveries) will be the same for each part of the order.

4. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers divided into ten parts of the order / packageyou / tasks according to the following division:

1) Package No. 1 - lignin,

2) Package No. 2 - napkins, gauze pads, gauze pads,

3) Package No. 3 - catheterization kits and treatment packages,

4) Package No. 4 plasters, dressing tapes and compresses;

5) Package No. 5 elastic bands, plasters,

6) Package No. 6 dressingki, plasters and substances with hemostatic effect,

7) Package No. 7 - manuka honey, dressing nets and dressings,

8) Package No. 8 - dressings and dressing sleeves,

9) Package No. 9 - gauze compresses and gauze dressings,

10) Package No. 10 Hydrofibrous dressing, Sterile hydrocolloid dressing.
