Due to the exponential population growth, the increase in portfolio of services and complexization of various units experienced as a result of COVID-19, is that the endowment of medical human resource hired under law 15.076 has become insufficient to cover the respective ones rotating that allow continuity of attention in various units and services that involve critical processes in both the emergency room, pavilion or critical patient units. Not resolved, which due to continuity of services must be hired under alternative modalities, such as the purchase of services.
