Purchase of disks for the array. The subject of the order is the purchase of disks for expanding the disk array. The subject of the order must be brand new, approved for trading, CE marked, coming from the manufacturer's official sales channel to the market. European. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the order are included in the Description of the subject of the order - Product and price form, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, in which the Ordering Party specified the quality requirements relating to the main elements constituting the subject of the order. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the procedure under Art. 256 and art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law.
